Weapons and Warriors Pack the Ultimate Kung Fu Movies Book
The Ultimate Guide to Martial Arts Movies of the 1970s delivers more

Reid. Reid examines the decade that brought kung fu movies to the
masses. For his book, Reid relived the 1970s by watching 500+ martial
arts movies. Each review, or "martialogy," in The Ultimate Guide to
Martial Arts Movies of the 1970s is filled with Reid's extensive
knowledge of martial arts history, cinema and fight choreography. They
include Bruce Lee movies like Enter the Dragon, Jackie Chan movies like
Drunken Master, Sonny Chiba movies like Street Fighter, Tom Laughlin
movies like Billy Jack, Chuck Norris movies like Good Guys Wear Black,
and Shaw Brothers movies like The Five Venoms.
Big-Screen Merlin in the Works
Legendary wizard Merlin is being conjured up for the big screen. Working
Title is developing a take on the magician, having picked up a pitch
from author-screenwriter Jay Basu that brings Merlin into a contemporary
setting. Other details are being kept under a cloak of invisibility.
Vampirella Ongoing Series Continues Her Strong Launch
The amazing new Vampirella series from Dynamite Entertainment continues
in January with Vampirella #3! Vampirella is on the prowl, and her hunt
brings her face to face with her nemesis, Vlad Dracula! But before their
bloody showdown, Vampirella must unravel the mystery of the Crown of
Worms... and solving that puzzle may spell her destruction! Vampirella
#3 is written by Eric Trautmann (Action Comics co-written with Greg
Rucka), illustrated by Wagner Reis, with covers graced by some of comics
current and up and coming premiere artists - Jelena Kevic Djurdjevic,
Rodolfo Migliari, Sean Chen, and Ale Garza!
Rockstar Games Brings the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy to the Mac
Rockstar Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, and
TransGaming announced that the critically acclaimed Grand Theft Auto
Trilogy is now available for the Macintosh. The Grand Theft Auto Trilogy
revisits the classic entries of the series and includes Grand Theft Auto
III, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The
Grand Theft Auto Trilogy is available via TransGaming's
GameTreeMac.com Mac gaming portal for 30 days starting today and at
retailers across Europe. It will be available at retail in North America
starting November 22.
