Could Iran's reported hatred of Spider-Man lead to a scene such as the one above?

Welcome to Lying In The Gutters for another week. This Sunday I turn 38. Egads. Bleeding Cool is one of PC Mag's 50 Favourite Blogs: 2010. What a nice present.

Top Twenty Most Popular Stories Of The Week
1. There was no contest this week. The biggest Bleeding Cool story, picked up by the entire internet it seemed, was the news of a high budget Tron XXX Parody called Pron – with pictures. Six times the traffic of the second story – which was itself a very popular one.

2. And here it is. The DC teased return of Doomsday in response to Marvel's tease of the death of Spider-Man (which will probably just see Spidey becoming Venom or something – it smacks of a fake out)

3. Our old favourite Batman XXX

4. And that very tease of the Death of Spider-Man.

5. First Look at that Green Lantern movie footage.

6. The pulling of a Green Lantern/Green Arrow poster.

7. An angry John Byrne, and other animals.

8. JMS talked to Bleeding Cool about the Earth One changes

9. And our earlier scoop of the story.

10. And now the return of Doop.

11. The Superman and Wonder Woman changes

12. One superb comic store commercial to tie in with

13. Superheroes and the things that come out of them.

14. The secret history of Dustin Hoffman and Robert De Niro (and you can also see them kiss – sort of)

15. A new Transformer called Spastic

16. Batman vs Superman vs statues

17. Batman Returns Redesigned

18. The Walking Dead #1 Sells For $1825

19. Swipe File: Roy Lichtenstein

20. Swipe File: Generation Hope

And Ten You Might Have Missed
