NBC's 'The Cape' Continues to Shed Viewers
NBC's continuing attempts to bring original superheroes to the small
screen have met with viewer apathy as it's latest attempt, "The Cape,"
dropped again this week. So far, the show has lost 38% of its viewers
since it's debut three weeks ago.
ABC Orders Edgar Allan Poe
ABC has given the green light for a one-hour drama pilot, simply titled
POE. POE is a crime procedural that follows Edgar Allan Poe as the
world's first detective, using unconventional methods to investigate
dark mysteries in 19th-century Boston.
Dreamworks Announces Cast For Rise of the Guardians
DreamWorks named its all-star cast for Rise of the Guardians, featuring
Chris Pine in the lead role of Jack Frost, together with Alec Baldwin,
Hugh Jackman, Isla Fisher and Jude Law. The film, scheduled for release
on November 21, 2012, is based on "The Guardians of Childhood," a series
of highly anticipated children's books by William Joyce.
