Hasbro Announces the Start Of N.E.S.T. GLOBAL ALLIANCE Promotion for
TRANSFORMERS

Hasbro lauched a special promotion for its popular TRANSFORMERS toy line
and is inviting kids and fans to "Join the N.E.S.T. GLOBAL
ALLIANCE." BUMBLEBEE and the AUTOBOTS, the heroic protectors of Earth,
need help from their human allies as the planet continues to face the
threat of the evil DECEPTICONS. The promotion kicks off with the
N.E.S.T. ALLIANCE PACK, a special edition 2-pack of new TRANSFORMERS
action figures featuring the popular BUMBLEBEE and SOUNDWAVE characters.
In addition to the two figures, the N.E.S.T. ALLIANCE PACK includes a
N.E.S.T. GLOBAL ALLIANCE Mission Guide and Redemption Form, one starter
sticker, and a N.E.S.T. Agent Patch, officially making them part of the
alliance. The N.E.S.T. ALLIANCE PACK is the only product in which the
Redemption Form is available and is necessary to participate in the
promotion. The ALLIANCE PACK is recommended for ages 5 and up and is
available for the approximate retail price of $19.99.

Mass Effect: Redemption #1 Sells Out

Just in time for the arrival of the hit series' second issue, Mass
Effect: Redemption #1 will be reprinted to fill demand after selling out
across the country. Mass Effect: Redemption tells the exciting backstory
that leads up to the events of Mass Effect 2, the recently released
video game developed by the award-winning creative team at BioWare. The
game's lead writer, Mac Walters, takes up the pen to give fans
exclusive insight into the events that unfolded between the conclusion
of the original Mass Effect and the beginning of Mass Effect 2. Scripted
by John Jackson Miller (Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, The
Invincible Iron Man) and drawn by Omar Francia (Star Wars: Legacy), this
four-part series explores the exotic and dangerous future Milky Way of
Mass Effect, revealing previously unseen locations, aliens, and enemies
in this rich science-fiction landscape.

Emily Rose to star in Syfy's 'Haven'

ER" alumna Emily Rose has landed the lead in "Haven," Syfy's new
supernatural drama series based on Stephen King's novella "The Colorado
Kid." The project, from E1 Entertainment, centers on Audrey Parker
(Rose), a shrewd FBI agent with a lost past who arrives in the small
town of Haven, Maine, to solve the murder of a local ex-con only to
discover that the curious enclave is a longtime refuge for people with
supernatural powers that holds a lot of secrets, including to her own
past.
